The Help Center is a powerful tool for any RSC user to leverage. From how to get started documents to links to support knowledge base articles for troubleshooting, the Help Center simplifies your life as an administrator.
Another added benefit is the search capability of the Help Center. For example, you could search for a known knowledge base article or an error code encountered in the interface. For example, type in "SQL" in the search bar, and you will be presented with helpful information about SQL topics ranging from documentation to articles:
You can close the Help Center by clicking the 'X' in the top-right corner.
Next, we'll take a look at the RSC Settings. From the icons in the top-right of the UI, select the App Tray (A) and then Settings (B) from the drop-down menu:
